This year’s Sports Festival, which took place on June 11th, was once again a joyful celebration of movement and activity – free from pressure and competition, and instead full of lightness, laughter, and a true sense of community.
In a thoughtfully prepared environment, our children explored 14 different stations with curiosity and enthusiasm – discovering what feels good for their bodies, what challenges them, and what simply brings them joy. From cricket and basketball to balance exercises and cooperative games, every child had the chance to participate in their own way and to experience how much strength, endurance, and skill they already carry within themselves.
When children are given the space to move freely, without pressure or comparison, they are more likely to see physical activity as something positive – a lifelong source of health, happiness, and inner growth. That’s why it’s so important to us to give our students this experience year after year.
All of our helpers, teachers, and parents truly enjoyed watching the children – their enthusiasm is contagious every single year.
A heartfelt thank-you to our wonderful team and to all ibms parents who helped make this day possible with so much dedication and care.
We couldn’t have done it without you!
We’re already looking forward to next year’s Sports Day!
Warm regards,
Sonja Hauck
