As part of our project week, our students were treated to a very special highlight today: a traditional Uzbek dish, lovingly prepared in a large cauldron over an open fire. Spices, raisins, peaches, and chestnuts – a true feast for the senses and a beautiful reminder that cultural learning often begins with a shared meal.
